The Hub is pleased to add to its repertoire podcasts from MC staff and faculty on how their personal experience has influenced their work at MC, whether it be in the classroom or in the way they relate to students. This is a series of podcasts that will spotlight various MC staff/faculty with respect to their personal philosophies on student success.

For this month’s Pedagogical is Personal podcast, we spotlight BEACHAMPS Professor Susan Blumen on the Rockville campus. Professor Blumen describes her own career trajectory and how she found her calling in teaching. She believes that finding one’s passion and communicating that to students is an essential component to engaging students and making them excited to learn.
