We all approach learning with clear goals in mind. We use our experiences to make sense of new information, especially when it comes to the continuum of teaching and learning. We are often motivated by opportunities to address problems and create solutions that relate directly to our professional context. We achieve our best when we can connect with others and problem-solve together (Hunzicker, 2011).
