MC’s commitment to high-quality staff support continues with a revised program that features new and popular classes.  Classes are scheduled at times convenient for every shift to ensure equal access.  Participation is as easy as 1-2-3!

Speed Sessions:  45-minutes classes to introduce and provide essential information.  Classes with dates and times are listed in the below chart, followed by class descriptions.

Register in Workday for class choices as instructed by your supervisor and attend the sessions.  Expand your knowledge, enhance your skills, and refine your abilities.

Meet with your supervisor to discuss how you are using your knowledge, skills, and abilities.  This information will be considered when you have your annual performance evaluation.
