  • Use the search bar/icon at the top to look for a topic, date or specific workshop.
  • Click the List, Month, and Day buttons to the right of the search bar to change your view.
  • In the calendar view, dates with multiple events will show a “More” button. Click on “more” to show all events.

Finding Your Flow: Maintaining Energy and Joy in Teaching (In-person at TPSS)

In this one-hour workshop, faculty will explore practical strategies for maintaining well-being while navigating the demands of teaching. Participants will learn how to set healthy boundaries, develop sustainable work habits, and cultivate routines that protect their energy and foster long-term engagement in their professional roles. The session will include guided reflection, evidence-based techniques, and peer discussion to help participants identify strategies that align with their personal and professional goals. Faculty will leave with actionable ideas to support their well-being throughout the academic year. This session is designed for instructors at all career stages and across all teaching modalities.
