Welcome to March… it’s hard to believe that Spring Break is almost upon us!
We invite you to explore this month’s Digest, as we celebrate Women’s History Month through our Multicultural Moments, Open Education Week though our Teaching and Tech Tips of the Month, and Embracing the Future in the Returning to Work: Tip of the Month. These topics and more will help support our commitment to providing you with practical tips and tricks that will have you believing you have the luck of the Irish!
If you believe you are lucky, we have more MC gear than ever to give to two winners of our monthly H5P challenge. To enter, all you must do is:
- complete this month’s ELITE Interactive Game (see below); and
- send us a copyof your answers by 5 pm on Friday, March 11, 2022.
Winners will be selected at random and contacted via email on March 14, 2022. For an extra chance to win, “like” the March ELITE Digest post on the Montgomery Employees Facebook page by 5 pm on March 11, 2022.

Love of Teaching Half-Day Conference: Teaching Today for Tomorrow
The Love of Teaching conference celebrates our work, your love of teaching, and the power of being an unforgettable and impactful instructor. During this year’s conference, faculty will come together to network, share, discuss, learn, and celebrate their profession and remember the reasons for becoming an educator as we continue to Teaching Today for Tomorrow. The conference will be held virtually on Saturday, April 30, 2022, from 10:00 am to 12:30 pm.
