Practical Resilience
Join your colleagues to experience two impactful workshops with Nathalie Thompson to help us develop Practical Resilience.
The workshops take the perspective that human beings are naturally resourceful and resilient; but in today’s rapidly changing world we need mental toughness which is something that we can learn. Resilience is not a trait that people either have or do not have. It involves behaviors thoughts, and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone. Resilience is a mindset and skillset that is essential for success and happiness.
