The Paul Peck Humanities Institute was founded as the result of a National Endowment for the Humanities grant, and through the generosity of Paul Peck. Established in 1998, the Paul Peck Humanities Institute increases and enhances the presence of the humanities at Montgomery College, and in our community.
The programs and events described on these pages impact students, faculty and area residents, and ensure that the advancement of the humanities at Montgomery College is ongoing, evolutionary and permanent.

Generating various programs, collaborations and local partnerships, the Paul Peck Humanities Institute serves the community by providing growth opportunities and by demonstrating the relevance of the humanities in all areas of life.
