Montgomery County residents gather to celebrate County Executive Ike Leggett and his wife Catherine’s years of outstanding service and commitment to higher education. The evening at the Music Center at Strathmore also highlighted the couple’s legacy gift: the Ike and Catherine Leggett Scholarship.
