Central Services Building Purchase
Montgomery College, through a partnership with the Montgomery College Foundation and the Montgomery County Government, successfully purchased a building within the county to house the College’s central services. The 115,000-square-foot, four-story building, located at 9221 Corporate Blvd. in Rockville, was purchased for $12.65 million.
