Introducing our 2025 Smithsonian Faculty Fellows!!!!

Our 2025 Smithsonian Faculty Fellowship is underway! After receiving a large and robust group of applications, eleven faculty were selected to participate in this year’s Fellowship. We are pleased to welcome :

Our opening session was held on January 30 when we met in the PPHI Conference room in Rockville. Fellows met Professor Jamie Gillan, PPHI Director, Professor Denise Dewhurst, SFF Coordinator and  Professor Matt Decker, SFF Co-coordinator. Along with introductions and lunch, Fellows were given an overview of the year ahead, a review of their responsibilities and obligations as members of the Fellowship, learned about the specific museum visits scheduled for the Spring- and received some swag! There was much enthusiasm in the room, and we look forward to a wonderful year.
