DMV Waves is back for its second year! Featuring six innovative artists from the DC and Baltimore areas, this free festival is all about exploring genre-bending sounds from the DMV’s diverse music communities. Join us at The Lounge, the most intimate space at the Montgomery College Cultural Arts Center, for an evening filled with experimental sound, food and drinks, and community connections.
