Welcome the spring season in a concert with Conductor Jamie Reeves and Avanti Orchestra. The evening celebrates the new and the old, starting with the beloved Lyric for Strings by American composer George Walker. Washington International Competition 2017 winner Yi-Yang Chen will pay homage to Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 before Avanti wishes you a good evening with Brahms’ passionate Symphony No. 3.
