Leggett Building Project Activity Update – July 9, 2021

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you for your interest in the Leggett Building construction project at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. We will strive to keep our neighbors informed about significant construction events with this weekly email notification.

Upcoming activities are listed below:

• Fencing
  Over the next two weeks, the eight-foot-tall wood fence along a portion of Takoma Avenue will be installed.
• Site Utilities
  On the east side of the project, the sanitary piping and structure installation and the ongoing storm drain work continue to progress. These activities include the use of dumpsters for material removal. 
• Project Update Forum
  Please join us on Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at 6 p.m. for our quarterly Project Update Forum. The Barton Malow team will share the most up-to-date information regarding the upcoming phases of construction and will be on hand to answer any questions from the public. RSVP here.
