Leggett Building Project Activity Update – January 14, 2022

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you for your interest in the Leggett Building construction project at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. We will strive to keep our neighbors informed about significant construction events with this weekly email notification.

Upcoming activities are listed below:

• Steel
  Steel materials are being delivered, and the erection of steel columns and beams is continuing. All trucks are required to follow designated routes to and from the site and must enter and exit on Fenton Street from Philadelphia.
• Hauling Materials
  Soil is continuing to be removed from the site and replaced as needed.
• Concrete
  Concrete will be delivered for the installation of concrete floor slabs.
• Holiday Update
  On Monday, January 17, the jobsite will be open, unless weather prevents work.
