Leggett Building Project Activity Update – April 8 2022

Dear Neighbors,

Thank you for your interest in the Leggett Building construction project at the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus. We will strive to keep our neighbors informed about significant construction events with this weekly email notification.

Upcoming activities are listed below:

• Concrete Operations
  Concrete floor slabs are continuing to be placed and finished within the steel structure. To learn more about the concrete process and site operations, please read our concrete fact sheet.
• Hauling Materials
  The replacement and removal of soil is being completed when necessary.
• Field Office
  As previously noted during our Project Update Forums, a field office will be installed on the construction site. Installation is expected the week of April 11 and will not affect current site operations.
