Community Walkabout
Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus Library Renovation

Walk begins at the Resource Center on the New York Avenue sidewalk
You are invited to join us for a community walkabout to learn and share your feedback on the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Campus library renovation.
The library is located in the Resource Center building on New York Avenue. The primary goal of the project is to renovate the interior of the 61-year-old building to provide a modern library for our students.
The project will also address the building’s structural integrity and enhance ADA compliance to include a new enclosed entry facing the interior of the campus.
Representatives from Montgomery College and RRMM, the architectural firm for this project, will be present to seek input from the community.
