The Hub is pleased to add to its repertoire of podcasts from MC staff and faculty on how their personal experience has influenced their work at MC, whether it be in the classroom or in the way they relate to students. This is a series of podcasts that will spotlight various MC staff/faculty with respect to their personal philosophies on student success.

For this month’s Pedagogical is Personal Podcast, we are pleased to present Criminal Justice Professor Sean Fay on the Rockville campus. Professor Fay teaches criminal justice at Montgomery College with both the perspective of a law enforcement officer and an attorney. As such, he helps students analyze real-world cases from multiple viewpoints. He also encourages students to hone their communication skills so that they can successfully perform in their future careers.
