On September 6, Khadeem Edwards interviewed Audrey Awasom, SMLP and MC graduate and the founder of Noble Uprising, a social enterprise non-profit focused on educating and giving aid to women suffering through homelessness. Mr. Edwards reached out to Ms. Awasom because he believes that “people dealing with homelessness are some of the most underrepresented people in society. And because of this, we must shine light on the issue, so those people are never forgotten or placed to the side.”

In his conversation, you will learn how and why Nobel Uprising was conceived as a project started at MC and about the values that underpin the work of this nonprofit. Mr. Edwards explained, “This project gave me the opportunity to dig deeper and truly understand who [Ms. Awasom] was as a leader in business.” Mr. Edwards also explained, “I have learned a lot from Ms. Awasom at this meeting. With the knowledge I know now, I will attempt to use all resources I have to realize my visions.” Listen to his conversation to understand how you can do the same!
