John Kolm, the CEO of Team Results USA, has had and continues to have multiple careers. Even as an entrepreneur, he still maintained his career as an artist and writer and I really admire him for that. I was also interested in how he started his business, which consists of team building programs, even though he had an artistic background, and I wanted to know if this was an easy transition. I personally want to dabble in different careers or own different businesses, in order to figure out what career gives me the most amount of fulfillment. This interview with John Kolm shows us that this is possible.
