“Mr. Dow’s Story” is our “Brackish” Flash Fiction contest winner by Jill Birdsall. A charming and spooky story, Jill told Potomac review editors, that she wrote the story in response to the Brackish prompt. “Mr Dow” will appear in Issue 53. Also, look for an upcoming Potomac Review blog by Jill.
