STEMTrinhNguyenOn RAMP to STEM, a program funded by the National Science Foundation,
helped 14 students with STEM majors (science, technology, engineering, and
mathematics) transfer to some of the best STEM programs in the country this fall: University of Maryland’s Clark School of Engineering, University of California-Berkeley’s bioengineering program, and Georgetown University’s biochemistry program. Trinh Nguyen ’14, a Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship winner, was accepted into MIT and Georgia Tech. The Jack Kent Cooke Scholarship is awarded to the nation’s top community college students.
