Welcome to the Takoma Park/Silver Spring Library Renovation page

The College will renovate the Takoma Park/Silver Spring library, located in the Resource Center Building on New York Avenue.

The primary goal of this renovation project is to update the interior of the 61-year-old building to provide a modern library for our students. The project will also address the building’s structural integrity and enhance ADA compliance to include a new enclosed entry facing the interior of the campus.

The College will renovate the TP/SS library in order to: Modernize the library to better serve our students, Improve facilities for library staff, Enhance ADA compliance, and Increase safety.
