The charitable arms of Clark Enterprises, Inc., Westat, and PEPCO together have pledged $800,000 to the Montgomery College Foundation. “I have been the beneficiary of the transformative power of education,” Montgomery College President Dr. DeRionne P. Pollard said. “And so, I know that these generous gifts will absolutely change lives, no question.”
